Let's assume that all goes according to plan.
Canwealth finally has a ticker symbol and the IPO or whatever follows goes through.
Starting trade at $0.10 bid and probably $0.11 ask (just example)
Now what will happen you think?
People with shares (the USG1 shareholders) will want their investment back and are probably ready to sell much lower than $0.10!
What will be important to find out is if people are ready to buy!!
Nobody is buying now. Let's assume the rush and excitement of the symbol coming through might push the pops a bit higher... How high?
Somehow I doubt any body in his/her sane mind would pay that much for a company that would have no revenues yet, nor real assets? Especially if reading starts after the mining rights expire? When is the deadline to start drilling? Could the pps be a reflection of the minerals potential to be extracted? Even by another company?
I hope Garth is really pushing things in the right direction and can be trusted not screwing up the sharehders.
I have heard he has already spent $500K from his own pockets! (he must have deep pockets...) .
I doubt if this is the case that he is ready to lose it all!
One thing is sure: it does take a bloody long time!
