One of most interesting groupings of phrasings is the following:
AVIC, has as its major OEM customers Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier. TPAC anticipates its AVIC Harbin JV will enjoy the same customer base that currently exists with AVIC.
While there are ties to aerospace companies within the profiles of the management team and likely their subs as well, the link to AVIC is virtually a bridge to the gap between TPAC and the top tier in aerospace. To make matters more interesting, from a speculative point of view, are the other aerospace company relationships mentioned within the profiles on the TPAC website, not to mention our potential to service the govt. considering our NAVAIR certification, CAGE code, and QPL listing. We have a few other certifications as well. While on the topic of certifications, we are currently approved at 25,000 rotations with damage in the appropriate fractions/mm range; more exciting is that the company believes they will be one of the elite few approved at the same mm degradation rate while running 100,000 rotations. Now piece together the fact that we are the only self-lubricating spherical bearing supplier in China, which could save them millions in duty taxation alone. Once certified at 100,000 rotations, TPAC would be hard for the Chinese to turn down, if nothing else than for the sheer fact that the certification implies that the buyer gets four times the number of rotations per purchase, also implying one-fourth of the number of orders and cost per bearing(if the costs are equal and all things are evenly coinciding to scale) and subsequent taxation for importation is also reduced by an equal factor of four due to the lesser frequency of order; and now they get to purchase local where things are more hands on and within a familiar playing arena, one of their own.
Lots of good things in the works here. On the premise that deals go through and everyone delivers as promised so that relationships are secured and effective, this ticker has potential for some serious upward volatility, leading us to much higher share prices, with exponential higher stair-casing support levels to grow from. See everyone Monday.
