140m o/s current price .05 7m market cap. We were told that q1 will be approx 9m in revenues and make 400k. We also know the 1st month of q2 we did 3.5m in revenue for our compounding. We also know that we put our cost cutting effiencies in effect q2. What is unknown is May and June. I will not fathom a guess as we will have to see how it plays out. IF q2 can manage to be profitable and we do not know then it would be a very good thing for us. Whether or not that is accurate we will have to see and wait.
We have gone thru all the notes and converts. There are converts friendly at .175 and that is far away. It appears that IF we have any exposure to IR it's for 165k at .05 thats approx 3.2m shares not a travesty. We have very little debt. We will have to see our cash position and see where we are at. Clearly from a company standpoint when we were at .08 cents 15 months ago we did NO business or next to nothing. Now there are streams of revenue and we will have to see how much and whether profitable or not for q2.
I have no idea the direction of the stock as thats for you guys/gals to figure out. Who knows how much .05 cent stock is out there but generally it has been sold responsibly for the most part. Urbanski who has a lot of shares appears to be quiet the last few weeks which is good. I believe his last share count was about 18m.
Clearly we need this 10k and q finished as it has taken its toll on many as to me it is more of an absence of buying vs huge selling. I do not consider 274k huge selling but there has been very little buy pressure as the world is waiting on the 10k getting done along with the Q.
Bottom Line: Dig in and when the reports come out one would think it should be a major relief that its done.
