Thanks Lawdogs for your input. I have one other question there's a debate in here amongst shareholders that the judge in a judicial review does not have the power to force Health Canada to grant us a license, some of us feel that the judge's only power is to advise HC that he finds no reason not to grant a license. I would appreciate your input on this Thanks.
