It's a little ridiculous to me that the Ultraflix logo is all over their displays and is a featured 4K app and the Best Buy sales people are clueless! I had to educate the people in Signal Hill as well. Although the guys in the Long Beach store had heard of Ultraflix, but they didn't have knowledge of ultraflix because of best buy!
I'm hoping the marketing campaign gets the employees a little bit more involved.
When I asked the Signal Hill store "What is Ultraflix"? They had to get a manager! lol!
