So what has prevented, and is still preventing, from using 'legal' right now ?

Why wait and only make comments that it is going to happen for years now ?

Surely after years of such comments enough documentation to move forward have been collected to actually engage 'legal' and file in the appropriate venue.

It would seem to any casual observer that to let the purported activity that would be the basis for using 'legal' continue for years with actually ever seeing any action would mean that it is really just hollow words.

But hey, I guess a few more years of documenting is needed because 4-5 years is not enough for any crack top notch 'legal' to go on and file and present a case.
