Questions so far for the CC. Feel free to add or change. These were posted in the order they were received. May need to be jockeyed around for better flow of the meeting.
1) Shareholders on record is 34, is that an accurate number?
2) How much gold Profit will go to upgrading Ghana equipment?
3) If newer equipment is purchased are you considering getting enough equipment to work a second mine when MNGG is financially healthy?
4) If Ghana continues to work out well would MNGG consider only working Ghana , getting multiple projects going?
5) What is the expense report/ net from Ghana? How many tons per week can you stockpile/ process in Ghana?
6) What is the current timeline for production from keystone? What is the expenses report/ net percentage from keystone?
7) Will there be press releases of more private buybacks before August?
Assuming that mining operations from Ghana & Keystone are to provide healthy revenue for the company in the long run - where do you see the company mining next? If there is not another mining claim to pursue, will the company expand production capabilities through an increase in man-hours, man power, and or equipment additions / upgrades?
9) Do you have any intentions to reverse split the share structure in 2015 and / or 2016?
10) What will your financing be based from, organic profits or through convertible promissory notes?
11) Are you being paid a salary, and or what is your stake of ownership in the company?
12) Due to the delays associated with U. S. Government mining permit red tape, will the company post pone future mining operations (*excluding Keystone*) in the U.S and focus on a global approach? If not, is there another route for the company to legally mine here in the U.S without being subject to the lengthy permitting process?
13) Now with the company successfully mining & processing, do you feel confident in the company growing and getting bigger from here on out?
14) Can you provide more high-definition & longer video footage of operations in Ghana / Keystone?
15) When will the gold from Ghana arrive in the states and be sold?
16) How are the buybacks coming, and how close are we to the goal of 5 billion outstanding?
