Let's break it down shall we?
As CEO of NanoTech Entertairtment, I understand it is important and our goal to be as transparent as we are allowed to be and we apologize for the frustration and uncertainty this has caused in our shareholder base.
No, no you're not as transparent as you are allowed to be. You have been running under complete radio silence for months. Maybe you intend to change that, but then again, you were also going to hold quarterly meetings, and you held a grand total of one.
While we have made significant strides, we have also missed our target dates due to unforeseen delays beyond our control and I will do my best to make sure this does not happen again.
It's happened repeatedly since you have been in this position. How can you not have addressed this by now? This is simple project management. You have a date, you meet that deadline. You'll see it doesn't happen again? Well, you've been so trustworthy in all your promises so far, so I am sure that we can take you at your word.
While we are in a transition period upgrading our products and services to compete effectively in a growing market, we are confident our efforts will be rewarded.
I believe there was a lot of confidence in getting a CFO too, and no one has been hired. It's been what...six months now? We have also heard this sort of thought in both of the last two SHMs, and not a single thing has come to fruition. I honestly can't imagine how you think anyone would believe you at this point.
UltraFlix Content
- We have transactions with major studios for 4K content that will be disclosed when appropriate.
Yeah, we'll believe it when we see it. Again, this sounds pretty familiar.
- We have optimized o:ur encoding workflow and have 100 films that will be uploaded to UltraFlix in the next 15-30 days.
This also sounds really familiar for some reason. And the content has continued to fail to be delivered.
4K Television Manufacturers/Applications
- We have pending announcements with top tier television manufacturers to release UltraFlix on their 4K televisions. We will disclose in a press release when appropriate.
Again, so many promises and none have come to fruition. Seeing is believing. Otherwise it's just more lies and misdirection.
- Hisense will inject 1 million 4K sets in the US Market this year and will feature, Ultrallix as its premium 4K VOD application.
Would love to see this happen, but it's not like any word from NTEK is credible at this point.
- Vizio is marketing UltraFlix via email, social media and in-store retail displays.
Maybe. Once again. We'll have to see. Ciao anyone? Google anyone?
- We have signed deals with two featured 4K Apps that will license UltraFlix content.
Did I mention Ciao? This all sounds pretty familiar.
Share Structure We have increased our Authorized shares from 990MM to 1.4B. We did this for several
reasons:
- To attract new Empioyees andNew Acquisitions including uplink.to
- Pay for Contract Obligations
- Pay for New Studio Technology
First, you told us there would be no share structure increase. Flat out lie there. Second, if you had done what you promised, got a CFO and audits, then you wouldn't have needed NEARLY as many shares as you did for the same amount of money. Doing what you did devalued our investment, and you didn't even think it was worthy of a comment until you started getting pummeled with emails from investors. Third, who knows if any of this is really true. Again, honesty and integrity and follow through do not appear to be high on the list. Fourth, so if the new Studio Technology was needed, what have all these devices been doing for the supposed 24/7x365? I am thinking this is a bunch of garbage as well. This is more likely helping to finance "contract obligations" to management who need to pay for a new car. Like I said before, I don't doubt for a minute that they would be more than willing to devalue our investment purely so they are able to increase their income.
I appreciate the letter, but if they had been doing this the entire time, it might mean something. I was completely backing this new management when Jeff got the much-needed boot, but they are literally just as bad with communication and follow through, and they really expect us to believe a word they say? Really?
