the company which defrauded investors with accounting and with cost and price claims..
Hmmm.....my take is that the company settled an SEC action against it regarding the valuation of media credits; I don't recall any action regarding "cost and price claims" - but maybe there's actual litigation out there about those things, rather than mere opinionated laments from SMBs....Link?

the same company which withholds information about processor performance and even information about when the plant goes kaput.
Hmmm.....I thought that this was the scandal that was going to bring PTOI and Heddle to their knees, due to the litigation that was sure to follow such a brazen attempt to hide material information from investors......is that litigation in process somewhere? Link?

Additionally it's been two years since the last business plan shift to processor sales and no useful information is forthcoming on that front either.
Hmmmm.......I think that there have been more than a few updates on that front, Penny. I'm sure the word useful , as used here, is in the eye of the beholder. But here's a link to get you started:

Any status update why "potential customers" going all the way back to November 2013 keep falling by the wayside??
Hmmm......there were actual customers who publicly stated they were going to buy a processor, and then stated that they weren't anymore? Link?
