No update dog but some speculation.
-Bill was given a doctorate in the Ukraine and he's a lawyer/entrepreneur by trade.
-Bill has made several trips to the Ukraine over the past two years and doubt they were vacations.
-A hemp crop likely would be planted mid April and harvested in August/September.
fun fact: Hemp was one of Canada's first agricultural exports when the fibre was sold to Britain and France for use in their navies. It was common practice for tracts of land to be issued to settlers in Canada on the provision that they grow hemp
