GiS, really like your always very wise, reasonable sedation-posts ... and can almost 100% follow your thoughts about company´s problems ... just one thing:
I don´t believe they can´t drop one minimal comment about the sorrows of their SH-crowd which is suffering up to 90% or higher losses with giant amounts ...
this is blatant ignorance (arrogance?) and by no means comprehensible ...
a fortiori because it´d cost them a minimal effort to correct that ...
