You're right JJ, the company should be telling their story to the sales people. But, think about how most of us get the most meaningful information about a product. A friend's recommendation maybe. And if the friend tells you not only about the product (UltraFlix) but also about the company (NTEK), don't you feel more knowledgable? Aren't you more likely to go on line and try to find out more about both the product and the company? Not only for your own information, but also so that you can provide more info to your customer. In today's world we all seem to thrive on more information and if it comes with a personal recommendation it carries more weight than a "slick brochure" or a company website.
Then of course their's the cost to print, package and mail the info or design the web pages. And eventually you have to get someone in front of the sales people. And get them to listen to or read your sales pitch. And you can't really use a sales call to sell the company stock. But if you hear from a shareholder, your interest may well be peaked to do some DD. At our current price (< .01) it wouldn't take much to turn say $300 into enough to buy yourself a new 4K set around the Christmas sales season.
So, let's take Zadie's suggestion, and each do a bit of selling ourselves. It's good for UF and NTEK. Just might help the pps. And you, me, we would not be adverse to that.
