Right now the stochastics (14,3,3) are showing extreme
bullish divergence.
What this means is when the stock
made its low of .01 in early June the stochastics low
reading was about 8
But last week when the stock made a lower low
down to the .0075-.008 area the stochastics
made a HIGHER LOW at 17. This is extreme
bullish divergence.
All you have to do to understand how powerful this
technical condition is look at the NTEK chart because
it has only occurred two other times in the past 2 yrs.
That was June 2014 and November 2014 and you
can see in both cases the stock rebounded with
MAJOR RALLIES !!
This is what I expect to see happening in full force
by July 1-2.
