If anyone is a Bank of America account holder.. You can use their Merril Edge benefits for trading at a flat 6.99 per trade regardless of the listing, but if you are also a Bank of America preferred member you can trade through Merrill Edge without any transaction fee ($0), so now I only pay the SEC fees which is just a couple (.02-->.08) cents per transaction depending on how large the order is, and regardless of what the stock is listed on.
