havent been following-just now read some of it-have no experience w bankruptcy and havent owned since i thought bk was coming due to failure to renew forbearance agreements w creditors
new posters are part of a promo group which takes advantage of certain catalysts in companies-they buy heavily before or at the time of news of such catalysts and then sell and move on
does bk eliminate SIRGS otherwise legal requirement to get shareholder approval? OROT deal sounds like a done deal
where does such deal leave shareholders?? - SIRG gets UP TO 5% revenue once there is revenue-amount to be worked out later-
does sirg get anything more than that??
-because longterm pps depends on what very very small part of the pie SIRG gets IF ANY [the usual rake/rape the unsecured creditors-common stockholders- over the coals] AFTER details are worked out which leaves holders operating without necessary info to make decisions-except that any reorganization w SIRG operating the mine is better than bk
most of the pie goes to OROT and to redrock crowd source funding investors if that is still applicable -they imply it is
still need water and air and electrical/road etc permits before mine is operational- is the owner OROT or redrock crowd source funding going to pay for such without delays?
red rock funding was already very problematical esp w copper price drop
how did OROT become the be all and end all creditor? have never heard of them
