Thanks for the update Spice man. Couple observations on that update:
The outstanding shares as of June 22, 2015 is 8,092,658,163. I was looking through the company forum and in response to 4on4off’s post back in February regarding a call to the transfer company, Jerry stated that as of February 2, 2015 the issued and outstanding shares was 8,092,658,163.
Additionally, the restricted shares mentioned from 4on4off’s post related to the share structure after a call to the transfer company was 371,006,667. The total shares not in the float, (took the outstanding shares on OTC website minus the float listed on OTC website), as of June 22, 2015 is 188,949,663.
