PSGR....Due to a few medical issues I have not followed this board as often as I have in the prior weeks (my apologies). There have been several dramatic and questionable activities with the share price and volume over the past week. MY OPINION: A number of smal, buys have forced the sharre price downward. For a few days, the shares dropped into a cycle that appeared to be a death spiral. Someone or several someones decided to dump pricing. There has been no apparent reason for the downward shift in price. I do not believe that the volume sell/buy would support any suggestion that 'insiders' are dumping stock because of bad assays or questionable business policies. There are too few shares traded to justify the assumption that there is a bail out at the corporate or major shareholder levels. The status quo of the projects has been maintained over the past several weeks. Albeit with no information from Pershing Resources to validate this statement. This dumping event has occurred in the past. Ususlly with several thousand shares sold at 30% or 40% BELOW the ASK price. The trading reeks of manipulation. Someone or several someones are driving the share price down on a few thousand shares by lowballing the share price then buying tens of thousands of shares. I suppose this is a good strategy for those who are attempting to purchase several hundred thousand shares. Unfortunately, the long term and honest investors are held victim to the actions of a few unscrupulous investors. I have remained steadfast in my belief that PSGR has value and will increase in value IF the vermin are held at bay. I stress PATIENCE for the current share holders. Panic selling does nothing for the future of this stock. Take time to review the compsny plans and the LONG TERM focus and direction of Pershing Resources. Nowhere is it stated or implied that there will be overnight riches beyond belief upon purchase of shares. Those who are dumping share price then buying cheap appear to understand the future benefits of acquiring as many shares as possible by initiating a panic sell mode. Do not fall for it. PATIENCE!
