I never do all or none...good til cancelled is what I do, with a limit pps in this case .0049 which was the ask. I always place my orders like this and always at the ask, as I'm relatively 100% assured the order will fill complete.
On commission, a set fee of $7.95 using Fidelity no matter how it fills or how many days it takes.
Not all trading mediums are the same I think, so check yours.
