One of the things that really drew my interest here was when NTEK announced a deal with Armada TV to show EDM content. I know probably many of you are not aware of what EDM is, but it is the hottest genre of music going right now. DJ's make $10's of millions of dollars a year, and the EDM festivals draw 100s of thousands of people. The EDC festival in Vegas last weekend drew 450 K people. Think about that for a second. 450,000 people. At $350 a ticket. Vegas has become not a gambling city, but a club city filled with people who visit the pool day clubs and nightclubs all week long. And what are they listening too? EDM. Everything EDM is on fire right now, and it would behoove NTEK imo to get involved asap. $100's of millions if not billions in revenue is being generated every year from EDM now,
Here is a small snippit of EDC Las Vegas. 150,000 people a night for 3 nights. Those of you who like Breaking Bad might enjoy this as "Walter White" pushes the button.
