I saw that post a couple of days ago. Looks like he reposted pieces of it. Niko's a stand up guy and does impeccable DD. A very dedicated guy. With that said, I do not know how he would have come across what should be highly classified information. If it is true, it's hard for me to comprehend why he would share it and so expose himself like that to potential legal action.
