That nebulous "soon" is the Achilles heel of us longs. Hard to defend. All we can do is regurgitate "soon".

I understand that this may not be on the front burner. And, quite frankly, I would be surprised if the BOD is anxious to rectify this any time soon. After all, they didn't promise these shares to us. Those folks who were share holders back in March of last year may or may not be material support for this new company. Suppose you bought shares prior to and just after the RM. You dumped maybe several thousand dollars into this company to help it grow. But, some shmuck who flipped in and out in the spring of 2014 is getting rewarded and you get nothing. That seems wrong, in my opinion. Yes, the certs represent over 100k Series C shares to me. I certainly want them and am looking forward to receiving them. However, I can definitely empathize with the BOD of the new company and any new share holder that has been diligently relieving the old weak hands in the hopes of building the company up. Don't they deserve these certs at least as much as we do? After all, what are we being rewarded for? Holding shares in a pipe-dream shipping company that never got off the ground and fell into utter disrepair before gifting to us this fine drone company?

Like I said, I am very happy and grateful if they follow through with the certs. i am just curious if it is money/equity well spent. Perhaps the better approach would be to give each of us cert recipients warrants for the new company at a 1c strike price. That way, we get the discount between the actual price and a penny and they get something in return. That seems to be a reasonable compromise.

JMHO.
