I was invested in a biotech "amylin Pharmacutical" .back in the early 2000. Amylin collaborated with Eli Lilly. A lot of hanky panky going on between the two company. Carl Icahn stepped in at some point and was buying up Amylin shares owning a large potion of Amylin. ... He got himself on the board and guess what. He put the pressure on Amylin to sell
I think a call to Mr. Icahn may be needed !!!!!
