$CRWG The main goal of the CRWG is to develop, validate and disseminate an evaluation framework that measures the impact of career development interventions. The evaluation framework has been presented at several national and international conferences and remains at an experimental phase. It have been used during the project. In its research, the group gathered a number of examples of evaluation tools and measures that were consolidated in a compendium. The evaluation framework is the compendium of tools are still being developed. Several measurement instruments were used to measure participant changes for each intervention. The reports provide details of the methodology and an analysis of the date completed at each phase of the research.
