Morning thoughts.....
Just wanted to share what I am thinking this bright sunny morning here in Toronto.
Its important for us to close and hopefully trade above this .005 level today. I am sensing a base here but am a bit concerned on the lack of buying yesterday when the ask dropped below .005, I understand the negative uncertain environment surrounding the stock right now and this is most likely the reason why and yes the no date for mini etc.
Yesterday, we did get some good news, a new auditor was hired. That's the bottomline, some here tried to put a negative spin on it but truth is its better than no auditor and this may speak to no auditor would want to come on board if something was fishy. So hopefully that is behind us.
The FAA from DC are in town according to LT and are in a coaching educational support role, this is another good thing for Baltia and shareholders. Again some here believe I guess that everytime the DC boys leave their office to do a site visit, its to slap the company or company is in trouble, please guys, lets be a little more creative and positive.
I like the fact that 6 million shares are outstanding but a fraction are trading at these ultra low levels and most are selling at a loss yes even private placement shares as FFF told us here that the average pp shares last quarter was .0073.
I like the fact that insiders hold huge amounts of shares and continue to buy as champion and true leaders Barry Clarke did on May 18 at .008 and Mr. Drago did on June 5 adding some 200 million shares, this to me reiterates my position to use any weakness in the stock as a buy and average down opportunity, now close to breaking the .006 as I continue to buy from my original position in December of .0199
I also like the fact that the company is doing all it can as LT put it 4x check over and over, so that the next mini is a pass.
Truth is, we are in or out of the stock, we wont get the opportunity once news breaks to get in, the stock will shoot up because there is so much pessimism surrounding it today. I have made a decision not to sell on that news anyways, I will wait for the next week to see how the media covers the story of a 25 year old start up finally making it and with that folks, the sky is the limit.
