HAMILTON, Bermuda, June 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- We would like to inform the investor market that Nordic American Tankers Ltd. (NYSE: NAT ) expects to announce the dividend for 2Q2015, July 15, 2015, before NYSE opening.
NAT has paid dividends for the past 71 consecutive quarters. The dividend for the first quarter 2015 was $0.38 per share. As indicated in a letter to shareholders of yesterday, NAT expects the second quarter 2015 also to produce good results. The 2Q2015 earnings report is scheduled to be announced before NYSE opening August 10, 2015. Dividend for the second quarter is expected to be paid August 12, 2015 for holders of record July 29, 2015.
