5 and 10 year permits issued by NYSDEC in the summer of 2014 .. 
btw .. that was the last time *original* crew working the vehicle of choice
for stock manipulation almost lost that *coveted* 20c PPS ..
it also happened to coincide (approx) with RH's one year anniversary as Ceo of P2O
52-Week High
