SunEdison Semiconductor Limited Announces Pricing

ST. PETERS, Mo., June 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SunEdison Semiconductor Limited (Nasdaq: SEMI ) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 15,935,828 ordinary shares on behalf of selling shareholders at a price to the public of $18.25 per share. SunEdison Semiconductor Limited will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close July 1, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Barclays Capital Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are also serving as book-running managers for the offering.
