PETERS, Mo., June 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SunEdison Semiconductor Limited (Nasdaq: SEMI ) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 15,935,828 ordinary shares on behalf of selling shareholders at a price to the public of $18.25 per share. SunEdison Semiconductor Limited will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close July 1, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
