Dan CALLED ME, I did not call him but I had sent him a rather long EM with numerous questions. One of my beefs is all this piecemeal info to individual investors rather then what should be an all encompassing update to all shareholders. IR is in full agreement with this but has no leeway until MGT approval. As I have repeatedly stated IR is not the problem

Maybe you should contact IR or Mgt (maybe both) rather than just taking your frustrations out on fellow long term investors.
