$2 Million Billionaire's Birthday Package for Coming-of-Age Teens Caters to World's Most Elite at Mexico's Grand Velas Resorts

MIAMI, June 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Catering to the pampered teens of the world's most elite, the "Beyond All Inclusive, Beyond All Compare" Grand Velas Resorts in Riviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit are offering a new "Billionaire's Birthday Package" pulling out all the stops for a teen's supersized coming-of-age celebration. Coming with a $2 million USD price tag, the party (perfect for sweet sixteen's, quinceañeras and Bar and Bat Mitzvahs) begins with private jet roundtrip transportation from anywhere in the U.S., Mexico or Canada followed by a private check-in that includes edible gold popsicles and welcome bags featuring Apple's fabled iWatch. The birthday girl or boy is treated like royalty with a three night stay in one of the luxury resort's two-bedroom Presidential Suites complete with daily in-suite breakfast for up to ten friends. The blowout bash on the beach leaves no room for a skimpy guest list, with space to accommodate up to 300 invitees. Grand Velas will even create a personalized professional sand sculpture to help celebrate the occasion. Also included in the package is exclusive access to the resorts' award-winning Spa for a "Gold Treatment," a custom designer dress by Pineda Covalin – often called the "Hermes of Mexico," skydive or flyboard experience for the party's host and friends, fireworks show, candy bar, renowned DJ entertainment, and special concert by a top performing artist from Maroon 5 to Pitbull. The resort's "Rent Your Rock" program also allows the king or queen of the night to rent diamonds and other high-end jewelry for the special occasion, including a yellow canary diamond, radiant cut, with a center stone of nearly four carats and surrounded by 1.25 carats, all in white gold. Everything from the décor to the party's food is set to the T with personalized catering by Celebrity Chef Mikel Alonso of Grand Velas's signature Cocina de Autor restaurant, the only restaurant of an all-inclusive to receive the prestigious AA Five Diamond Award in 100 years of AAA. Along with his partner Bruno Oteiza, the two Spanish-born chefs opened the famous fine-dining restaurant Biko in Mexico City, and were trained under the famed Chef Arzak of Northern Spain. Magnificent cuisine and experiences are abundant for the birthday bash as the package also includes a custom welcome dinner accompanied by master mixologist Moisés Sierra Sáenz mixing up high-quality "mocktails" for the teens. Moisés represented Mexico at the World Class Bartender of the Year finals in 2013, and together with his affinity for using the best local flavors in a creative way, is well known in Mexico for his adventurous approach to drink making. Grand Velas' all-inclusive rate includes luxury suite accommodations, a la carte gourmet meals at a variety of specialty restaurants, premium branded beverages, 24-hour in-suite service, fitness center, nightly entertainment and more. All packages are subject to availability. For reservations or more information on Grand Velas Resorts, call (888) 407-4869 or visit www.grandvelas.com . About Grand Velas Riviera Maya:
