I disagree. We are in the mid stages of the JR process. The entirety of the process is called "application". Here is a link to all the steps of the whole process. No where does it state there is a "waiting period" to find out if we get a JR, or that there is a "Kill" mechanism. As long as the applicant keeps moving forward it will come to a conclusion.
