True, however, the fundamental reason the company is asking for a JR is that money is being eaten away while waiting for the license.
If HC know their screwed then they must have a reason why they would want the process to drag on instead of conceding the license.
Any idea what the ramifications are for the HC individuals mentioned by Cen in the documents they resubmitted that HC don't want made public?
