Agreed. Debt conversion getting out. Probably had a 40% margin on share to debt exchange in their favor that they don't want to go below - thus the ceiling at 0.016 and 0.017.
The question is how many more shares should we see?
~670M shares issued for debt in 2015
~8270M shares issued for debt and settlements in 2014
~2600M shares issued for debt and settlements in 2013
Based on historical pricing, the dilution of 2013 and some of 2014 are accounted for in the pricing . In other words, those holders sold and killed the price into the trips those shares were sold to longs. The question is how many from 2014 have been dumped into the float since the RS? Well, the price bottomed out in August 2014 . If we assume all shares issued in 2014 and 2015 are in the process of being dumped, that means that roughly 35M shares were likely to be dumped post RS. Thus far 38M shares have traded hands since the RS. This means that we should be pretty close to the end of the available shares from the pre-RS dilution. My guess is about 5M mores shares not to be traded below .016. Given today's volume, maybe by next monday those anchors might be gone.
