Can anyone comment on this:
The previous a/s increase took us on a path that dropped the pps around 2-3 cents. This last a/s has had virtually no impact on the pps. and some people forcasted the pps to stabilize subzero. This has not happened and we have still not been informed on the reason to issue the shares, although it was said that all investors would not disagree with the issuance. I just have been researching a few ideas I and a few others have discussed and was wondering if management could be using this as a tactic to kill the naked shorters? In short, tell the public your going to issue 400 million shares, shorters/naked shorters know the impact of this and short the living hell out of it. Meanwhile managment has a very well planned procedure to make the pps explode, exposing the living sh*t out of the shorts. forcing mega covering and frenzy of accumulation?
