$GDGI ~ Deal-X Technologies acquisition include: Cannabis-Related Intellectual Property, Information Technology, Daily Deal and Digital Coupon Technologies and Trademarks. The subsidiary will use these assets to serve nearly every aspect of the Cannabis Industry.
