More share issuance at these price levels is the wrong way to go. Maybe OK when NTEK was trading at much higher price levels and even a sound strategy.
However at..01 many more shares are needed to satisfy the other party and this unfortunately is coming straight on the backs of us Shareholders.
Everyday day that goes by that MGT is quiet these type missteps are magnified
