1) ppv/tvod for platinum (native 4K), theatrical, sports, live events, and new releases
2) subscription service for silver and gold (labeled) content. plus original series (allure. clubbentv. icandidtv. "juan carlos and friends" comedy content) and jv-partner content (vodwiz)
3) plus free (ad revenue based) for remaining content pool
including user submitted uhd/4k content. 4k/twitch content (from ntek gaming labs for ex)
either way ntek is already offering 2/3. i would guess that the library may not support subscription (just yet). perhaps why we haven't seen it. doesn't mean they won't offer it. doesn't mean it doesn't make perfect sense
even if they expand the brand. they could sell tvod/ppv as "ultraflix plus" or "premium" (offering new, theatrical, original series, sports and live events content under a ppv/tvod model)
everything else goes in subscription. including remastered "4k studios" content, et al.
and they'd still have free ultrahd/4k content (ad revenue driven). music videos (with link to buy from itunes). moving murals. youtube stuff. consumer submitted stuff. et. al.
just because they don't have it now (at this very moment) doesn't mean they won't.
doesn't mean ultraflix won't expand. leverage the platform. spawn other products. versions as necessary
getting the platform down is job #1. marketing. branding. expansion. leveraging revenues. will likely lead them down this road (i describe. in one form or another. with partners. or on their own. you'll see)
