The company does not have the internal distribution capability to meet any sustained demand. Right now they are having a problem finding and meeting "mom and pop" (my term) clients. There is no infrastructure and couldn't meet the demand if it was there. All these gov't projects have no substantial quantities attached with them. Seems more like "try our products", but no proven quantities sold. The gov't has plenty of companies approaching them wanting to introduce their products. If by some chance large orders did appear the company cannot meet that demand. They don't have to cash or distribution and would not be able to supply the product. Unless they are bought out or establish a partnership with a company able to provide the financing this will remain as it is. What's going on with N Assay v? imo
