ALBY is one to watch folks. With a pps of only 1.37 and a BV of 2.24 this bank comes with "instant value". Many positive things are happening with this bank, the most important of which is growing profits. I doubt it happens over night but look for ALBY to be a five bucker in the not so distant future.
