But I have been with this for a few months, along with my brother crazies and sister crazies on here. I have made a few big mistakes which were mostly me selling when it was dropping and trying to buy back when it was rising. That's actually cost me a lot more money than if I had just stuck with it and stayed calm.
So now I am trying to stay calm and just ride out the dip. It's too hard to try to sell and re-buy. Especially if the price takes off.
If you only have a couple of hundred invested in this, then the worst you are going to lose is a couple of hundred. But the upside is a couple of thousand.
This price dip has chopped my investment by several thousands (well over $50k), but I assume that the management of THCZ is feeling the same pain. But we all have confidence that some day this stock will be worth four or five times as much. So we keep buying more as it becomes available.
To start at the bottom, it would have to drop below penny. I still think most of the long term investors found out about this stock as it was going through the .01-.05 range and I don't think they will sell if it gets below that range. So I don't think it is going down to sub-penny level.
Listen, if this company was struggling to turn a profit, and it had a mediocre product in a product line that was not popular, then I would be cautious about holding on. But the reality is, with all the emotions taken out of it, the THCZ has a great product, in a popular category, and that it has already surpassed its sales expectations. So that is why I keep adding on to my position. The day will come when this takes off again, and I don't want to be left behind. This is no longer a "trying to save the boat" strategy for me, but now it is a "let's build the fleet as large as we can while the prices are rediculously low".
The reason I was able to build up my empire of THCZ stock is that I had the same strategy with FNMA about two years ago when the stock was at $0.20. I knew it was just a matter of time before things turned around with the housing market, and politics, and interest rates. So I kept on adding to my position as others were bailing out. Then the price went up to $2.50 in about 2 months, and I had a very nice profit.
Warren Buffet is often quoted as saying "Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful." In regards to THCZ, I am now in my greedy phase, while others are fearful. And when the price skyrockets, I'll be fearful while everyone else is fighting to get their hands on some THCZ shares.
Just my two cents worth.
