Agree on the company achievements but when mgt publicly states SH will be provided an update within a certain time period (something totally under their control) and they fail to deliver they lose the trust of investors and more importantly potential new investors may be turned off.
This is more than hand holding of investors. After a 40% A/S increase (unexplained) they need to at least address SH on a timely basis when promised. They have not done so
