I hope I'm not DEMANDING anything, I'm just trying to find out some really basic information. So far, nobody has answered my questions! They don't have anything to do with future plans or things like that, just basic stuff that most companies I've followed in the past provide without anyone even having to ASK.
A question like "how many shares are outstanding?" is the most BASIC level question but I can't get an answer.. The numbers on OTC Markets haven't been updated since 2010? Is there an updated number somewhere else? Why haven't they filed any SEC reports in over 5 years?
I think it's pretty certain EEGC does NOT have a license to drill in Tasmania. I think I follow the whole court case problem, and it looks like they are applying again to get their old license back. Obviously f I can buy the stock before they get that license I can make some money but don't they need funding to actually do that?
Anyway, forget about "future plans." I can sort of understand why EEGC wouldn't want to disclose that information. What about the basics though? Where can find that information?
