the 'newsletter' as some call it IS available to everybody who signs up for it. Sometimes those who sign up may be accidentally omitted from a particular email-either machine or human error or cyberspace error.
I've received emails up to1 year after they were sent (not from NNLX).
thus it IS available to EVERY investor and every available investor,and since these emails are posted on the boards,they are doubly available to EVERY potential investor.
If an investor fails to avail himself of every dd opportunity that is the investors choice. Many penny investors do no dd whatsoever-instead just playing the charts or promos etc.
this email signup is a common practice which has apparently been approved by the powers that be for a long time.
since NNLX is not SEC reporting NNLX is not required to report material events in either PR's, website or anywhere else as I'm sure the basher who mentioned this knows. Intelligent investors know this.
Besides, I wouldnt think bashers would consider this a material event as bashers keep saying there is never any fruit of these events- so as per their reasoning where is the material event?
as to the timing of posting of these updates on the website, penny co's are notoriously poor in doing that since they are understaffed for that purpose. If u want blue chip performance/standards then pay 50000 times more/share
One of the common things bashers do is hold these pennies to blue chip standards which is blatantly dishonest
NNLX is one of the most faithful co's in posting updates on website-I'd be hard pressed to think of a co off hand at this pps which is as faithful in posting web updates as NNLX- if you look real hard u can probably find one out of ca 15000 pennies-which would only prove how rare it is for them to post frequent updates-more than twice/yr.
Many pennies dont even have a website and often when they do they dont post anything for years.
