SAO PAULO, Brazil, June 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Azul Brazilian Airlines, Brazil's largest airline by cities served, has been named best low-cost airline in South America at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, presented at the Paris Air Show. This is the fifth consecutive time the airline has won the honor.
The award is based on a survey of millions of airline passengers from around the world who voted for their favorite travel experiences of the last year. Skytrax is acknowledged as running one of the most comprehensive customer satisfaction surveys in the airline industry. Airline passengers from more than 160 countries participated in the latest survey. The survey measures standards across 41 key performance indicators of airline products and services.
