Patent-Licensing Company, World Patent Marketing, Announces 10 Year Exclusive Licensing Agreement and Manufacturing Contract For the Ice Timer

HONG KONG, June 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - World Patent Marketing, a vertically integrated manufacturer and engineer of patented products, is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated a licensing deal for a Colorado inventor. The manufacturer is none other than World Patent Marketing China, World Patent Marketing's manufacturing division. World Patent Marketing has exclusively licensed the Ice Timer for ten years and will distribute the product worldwide.

"The Ice Timer is a perfect addition to our manufacturing portfolio." said Scott J. Cooper, CEO and Creative Director of World Patent Marketing, "We had a lot of competition on this deal but there was an immediate good fit between our engineering team and the inventors. I look forward to featuring this product on shop.worldpatentmarketing.com."

'The Ice Timer has the ability to revolutionize the physical therapy market." says Cattya Bella, Director of Product Development for World Patent Marketing, "I look forward to completing production and putting this product in the hands of consumers."

The Ice Timer is a medical patent that is used in conjunction with a medical therapy device. These devices need to be turned on and off depending on the program cycle for the therapy and may vary between patients. For health care practitioners, keeping track of each and every device and patient becomes difficult. Unfortunately, being a couple seconds late for a task can become a life or death situation quite quickly. This patent automates this task to make it easier for the health care provider and the patient as well.

"People who have just experienced a surgery or injury would want to get back to their normal routine as soon as possible." said Cynthia W., inventor of the Ice Timer. "This medical patent allows patients to focus on other things such as resting, making phone calls, or even working since they don't have to control the medical device on their own."

There are 5 important things from using this medical patent that patients and health care providers can experience. With simply using the device, pain reduction can easily be achieved with proper the use of hot and cold temperatures. Heat therapy helps in blood vessel dilation to speed up healing and reduces pain while cold therapy reduces swelling. Alternating the use of hot and cold temperatures can also reduce certain problems depending on the type of injury. By timing the therapies properly, maximum benefits can be achieved.
