As best I can tell, EEGC once held a lease but now does not. A law suit has been settled but nobody knows the terms. EEGC hasn't filed any sort of financial statements since 2007, is that correct? Jerseyfish said they do work in the US but after I asked about that it looks like he edited that part out of his post? Do they do work in the US or not?
It doesn't seem he's very reliable, as you said "jerseyfish just made a mistake." I get that, it happens. Still, it makes me wonder.
I really need some basic information, and it seems the things Jerseyfish said were all "a mistake." Basic stuff, like, many shares are outstanding? Why haven't they filed any financials in 8 years? Do they hold a license or not? If they don't it seems pointless to invest here.
