I have heard directly from NTEK Management. After countless number of EM exchanges with IR, I decided to communicate directly to corp management regarding the delays of the SH letter, CC and other issues. The EM was sent to the CEO and all corporate members were cc'd.
I did receive an "interesting" direct EM reply from one of the corporate team members. (certainly absolutely NO insider info). Also I am NOT going to divulge the ID of the NTEK corp team member or his reply only to say it was interesting. You will need to contact MGT directly yourself or wait intil 8/22/15. I chose not to wait. I have also been advised by IR Mgt is now aware of my concerns.
The only reason I am posting this here is I want others to realize NTEK management is listening and if investors speak up you will be heard !!.
