Nasdaq is proud to announce that it has cleared the market’s first CS5TC option contracts, which are options on the Capesize Basket consisting of 5 time charter routes. The trades were reported as block trades on June 15, 2015 by Clarksons Platou Futures Limited. The CS5TC futures and option contracts are traded in USD per day and the product structure includes six monthly contracts, six quarterly contracts, two half year contracts and seven calendar contracts ahead. All Clearing Members of Nasdaq set up for clearing dry freight have access to the CS5TC contract.
