yes to the extent investors dont realize otc's new rules for otcqb are merely political (political powers that be are trying to punish and eventually eliminate sub 1c stocks) and for profit (otc's profit )
or only want to invest in stocks above 1c
or are too lazy or ignorant of otc's changes to follow SEC reporting stocks which are relegated to pink current under non regulatory OTC's new rules
