Management is pleased to announce that the Chinese operations are making progress in establishing the Coates production operations to manufacture the Coates CSRV most advanced green combustion engines in the world. They are in contact with the Company daily. The Coates representatives in China have had continued meetings with a Cummins engine manufacturer in China and are negotiating existing production line availability, which means the Company could be in production in China in a very short time.
Here in the United States of America, the Company has already started its production operations in the Coates headquarters and plant in New Jersey. All parts and components are being manufactured in The United States of America.

Talks have opened with more customers that are in need of electric power generators that operate on natural gas, CNG, LNG and diesel combined. We are in a prime position right now. This will create an influx of more funds that the Company will utilize to ramp-up production operations here in The United States of America. 50% up front deposits and 50% when shipments are ready -- this is the Company's policy.
