I confirmed with Joel a while back the open market buy backs go like this.
The company can buy 10% of the 10 day average volume per day on the open market. With the average over the last 10 days before today being around 2 million, the company could only buy 200k shares today. Can't explain today's action. Taconacho said he was buying today.
